Insurance & Pricing
NEO Mobile Podiatry is a mobile podiatry practice bringing foot care on site to long-term-care facilities across Northeast Ohio. We believe payment should be as straightforward as the care itself. Here is where things stand today — and how to get a clear answer for your specific situation.
Medicare: enrollment in progress
We are currently completing Medicare enrollment. Once enrollment is finalized, many routine foot-care visits can be covered by Medicare for people with qualifying conditions — for example, diabetes and certain circulation or nerve conditions that make professional nail and foot care medically necessary.
Coverage always depends on your individual health situation and Medicare's rules, so we can't guarantee coverage in advance. What we can do is review your situation honestly before your first visit and tell you what to expect — no surprises.
- Services that are often covered for qualifying conditions include routine and diabetic nail care, diabetic foot exams, corn and callus care, ingrown toenail treatment, and wound care.
- Fall-risk and footwear guidance is part of how we care for every patient.
- We'll let facilities and families know as soon as our Medicare enrollment is complete.
Commercial insurance: case by case
Coverage under commercial insurance plans varies widely, so we handle these on a case-by-case basis. Contact us with your plan details and we'll help you figure out your options before you commit to anything.
Transparent cash-pay pricing: coming soon
For visits that aren't covered by insurance, we are finalizing a simple, transparent cash-pay menu — flat, published prices with no hidden fees. It will be posted here as soon as it's ready. In the meantime, we're happy to discuss options for your situation when you reach out.
Invoices and superbills, always
Every visit comes with clear documentation. If you pay out of pocket, we provide an itemized invoice and a superbill you can submit to your insurance plan for possible reimbursement. Facilities receive clear, consolidated billing records for their residents' visits.
